International negotiation
When we know ourselves and we know others, hundreds of battles become hundreds of victories.
Negotiation is somewhere between firmness, flexibility and compromise. To become a good negotiator, we should have clear objectives, keep an eye on them, show some flexibility in the way to get there, focus on common interests. It also requires will, courage, some sensitivity and good physical and mental conditions.
Our added value:
- To be beside negotiators, to help them to stand back from negotiation positions
- To highlight major issues concerning process, techniques and behaviours, in order to limit the risks of ‘skid’ or deadlock.
