I often quote mysel. It adds spice to the conversation.
Negotiating requires specific skills, far from widespread prejudices. It is because not everything is negotiable that a good negotiator is so valuable; active listening, respect and courtesy, but also firmness on objectives are necessary and appreciated by both parts.
