Negotiation skills

I often quote mysel. It adds spice to the conversation.
George Bernard Shaw
Irish writer
1856 – 1950

Negotiating requires specific skills, far from widespread prejudices. It is because not everything is negotiable that a good negotiator is so valuable; active listening, respect and courtesy, but also firmness on objectives are necessary and appreciated by both parts.

Our added value:

  • To improve negotiators’ self-awareness on personal negotiation skills
  • To question prejudices, and to give effective tools to become as flexible as possible on means, but also as firm as possible on objectives.
