The “quality standards” is a list of commitments undertaken by both Inis alga® and its client, be it a company, institution or individual, on a long term perspective.

In order to promote efficiency and quality, we, Inis Alga and its client, engage in …

1. Respecting reciprocal values

Diversity, adversity, cultural differences, modesty, ambition, integrity are values to be considered and respected at least within the framework of the mission.

2. Preserving confidentiality of information

We regularly receive confidential information as part of our normal supplyer/client relationships. To breach a confidence or to use confidential information improperly or carelessly would be unthinkable.

3. Promoting trust in the relationship

To facilitate the long-term process of trust building, we promote fluidity in communication and assertiveness. Saying 'no' is a right ; it highlights the strength of expressing a 'yes'.

4. Ensuring a full commitment to the mission

Personal and professional engagement is essential to conduct a satisfactory mission all through the process:

Before the mission:

  • to prepare it the best we can
  • to confirm reciprocal needs
  • to organize key meetings between employees and consultants
  • to facilitate all the logistics
  • to communicate the necessary documents in assigned times
  • to agree on key indicators of success.
During the mission:
  • to commit oneself in giving success maximum a chance.
After the mission:
  • to follow up in terms of Return On Investment (R.O.I.) : for example, to collect 'hot' and 'cold' feedbacks from protagonists according to a previously agreed methodology.
