Marc Beretta is both French and Irish (double nationalities). He started his career Managing people in Finance before becoming an
International Consultant. As a consultant, he works for executives, Board members and the Top Management of companies; he has also worked for International Institutions in Europe and in Asia. He lectures in Universities for executive MBA programmes and professional trainings in Europe and Asia.
His areas of expertise are:
- Management : management & leadership, driving change, team building, team working, team motivating, intercultural management, project management
- Negotiation : international negotiation, negotiation skills, negotiation across cultures
- Coaching : executive coaching, career management, personal development
He previously worked as:
- Finance analyst at Nomura Securities in Tokyo, Japan

- In charge of the International Treasury (team located in France, in Hong Kong, and in Singapore) and of the Controlling of Hennessy (Louis Vuitton Moet-Hennessy, LVMH group)
- Assistant CFO and in charge of transverse missions at Bacardi Martini
- Chairman and founder of TOPTONIC Ltd., sport and internet service company, supported, by Mr. Jean-François Lamour, former French Minister for Youth and Sports, Olympic Gold Champion in fencing. He still runs the company today.
He is graduated from ESCP, European School of Management (year 89), and he is certified from MBTI® (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and from OPR® (Optimisation of the Potential of Relationships) since 2006.
He has been elected member of the Board of the ESCP-EAP Alumni Association (30.000 members in 112 countries), and has been elected President of the Career Management Commission in 2004. He is member of the Strategic Committee of Greenwich Consulting, a European consulting company in new technologies.
He did his military service in the French Navy as an officer, as the Aide-de-camp and principal private secretary of an Admiral in Brest, France.
He organized and led a polar expedition in Greenland. He has been practising martial arts (karate) for 15 years.
Marc is married and has 3 children.

Tim specialises in helping organisations to grow through the sustained development of their people. He works either with small groups, or on a one-to-one coaching basis. His credo is that "combining the development of individual leadership and followership skills with the re-ignition of enthusiasm and commitment of individuals" really makes a difference in organisations. Tim is British.
He was a Visiting Fellow at the Southampton University Management School, where he lectured and examined on the MBA programme, and is currently an Associate Professor at the Paris-based Business School, ESCP-EAP. He has been a member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and of the Institute of Directors for whom he co-presented the Role of the Managing Director course.

Background:
- Prior to becoming a full-time development consultant in 1990, Tim qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse and spent two years in an audit management role. He joined Deloitte Haskins & Sells in a training capacity where he was to become Director of Management Education and Training, and then National Director of Training and Development for the UK and Europe.
Married to Christine, with three sons and four dogs, Tim lives near Winchester, England. He enjoys rugby(watching), music, holidays, and dog-walking.

Anne-Claire de Lavigerie started her professional career in Marketing before becoming an __International Consultant to the Top Management of leading companies. She lectures in executive MBA programmes of International Business Schools.

Michelle Jean-Bapstiste started her professional career as a business counsel before becoming an
International Consultant. She lectures in major executive business schools.

- Legal and Tax Adviser on New technologies for the CNAM.
She has a PhD in Media Management and Law from Cambridge University, a degree in Management and Business Law from the Paris Dauphine University, a degree in International Busines Law with an option on Intellectual Property Rights from the Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne University.
She is graduated es Eastern Languages (in Chinese), from the London Chamber of Commerce, and from the Institute of criminology of the Paris II Assas University.
She wrote several articles on Business Law, and a book
Créer et exploiter un commerce électronique, which won the 1999 AFDIT (French Association for the Right of data processing and Telecoms) Award Price. She is the President and Founder of a legal association supporting artists, member of
the Circle of Arts (a European Union label).

Alain Pollard started his professional career in the Organization and IT fields before becoming an
International Consultant.

Emmanuelle is French, but her continent of adoption definitely is Asia. She likes associating knowledge and practice, in an open-minded approach, due to her educational background. As a Doctor es History and Civilization, and a French Air Force reserve officer, she has developed an expertise in Asia through an interdisciplinary education; she has been able to put into practise her learnings in professional life in various environments, such as military, scientific, research, teaching and conference areas. She specializes in cross-cultural issues, especially on the knowledge transition from one culture to an other.
She loves languages and she has been practicing English, Spanish and Vietnamese for many years. She also studied Japanese and Russian.

Joanna is Polish and French (double nationality). Above all, she is an artist ! She enjoys sharing her passion, sometimes source of frustration, but always source of opening up. She thinks we can draw parallels between the art universe and the managerial world, and we could get some learnings from it.
Joanna is gifted in arts as well as in languages; she can speak seven of them: Polish, French, English, Spanish, Portugese, German, Russian.

Sonia is a professional actress and singer since 1999. She has put on different plays such as "les Sardines Grillées", "le Malade Imaginaire", "Frankenstein", "Salina". She decided to share her know-how to the Management world because it creates added value ; it helps to deal with people's emotions and to improve communication and creativity : it opens mind.
She participated in different training sessions, in different environment, from children workshops to the very serious Paris Chamber of Commerce. She has worked in England, Spain and France.

Gracco was born in Caracas, in Venezuela. He studied in France. After being graduated from ESCP, the European business school of Management, he decided to go to a drama school, and to embark on an artistic career. He became an actor and a writer. He has been working as such in firms for fifteen years now. He acts, he writes, or he directs employees in playlets that show the problems they encounter in their firm. At the same time he works as a life coach, specifically for people who need work direction, or need to progress in their work. He also trains people in the area of communication and presentation.
He is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish languages.
