Team Building (Board) / Project Management

" Alphacode worked with Mark Beretta on a 'role & purpose of leadership' Board coaching session. We were five of us, including the three founders of the company who have got different professional background and very different psychological profiles. At that time, we needed to adapt our strategy to something more structured and more motivating for everyone.

Mark Beretta was able to highlight each one's character, skills and drivers. To do so, he uses dialogue and playful exercises which appeared to be much more relevant that it seems to be. This helped us to understand each other.

Mark is a subtle and a 'visionary' person; he can feel and highlight one's drivers and potential, and to communicate them softly and respectfully. This helped us to step back.
